18/2/2009 Talk on sustainable food production

We were most honoured to have invited two veterans, Ms Bing Law and Mr David Sanders, from The Green Patch, a local environmental organisation to share with us their rich experience on Organic Farming – Sustainble Food Production.

The two farmers also introduced to us a very organic and sustainable way to grow food at home or school! (See MicroGarden Brochure)

     在香港農夫很少,有機農夫就更為罕見。青鳥盼日後能親身到他們在南丫

                                                          島的有機農地看看。
